Melon mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Melon in Suva: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
The honest read on melon: 7 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: melon in Suva works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon mesh tank really costs in Suva
Melon mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested melon in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.13 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
How long does melon in a mesh tank last?
In Suva we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
