Melon mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Melon in Suva: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a mesh tank for melon
A melon mesh tank from the cheapest options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on melon: 8 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: melon in Suva works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon mesh tank really costs in Suva
If you are looking at melon in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested melon in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised FJ$39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.67 per 10 ml.
