Melon refill pack IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Melon in Suva: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Melon refill pack here
We run melon the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: melon in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon refill pack really costs in Suva
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested melon in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.53 per 10 ml.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.53 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does melon in a refill pack last?
In Suva we measured 3 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
