Mint prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Mint in Suva: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Fiji
The honest read on mint: 14 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at mint in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: mint in Suva works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested mint in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised FJ$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.36 per 10 ml.
