Mint RDA IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Mint in Suva: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
A mint RDA from the best options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run mint the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint RDA really costs in Suva
Mint in Suva reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised FJ$66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.57 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
