Mintice pod kit IQOS in Suva: the price shortlist
Mintice in Suva: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with mintice in Fiji
We run mintice the same way in Suva: same pod kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice pod kit really costs in Suva
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.0 per 10 ml.
How we tested mintice in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Suva survives.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
