Pear prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Pear in Suva: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a prefilled pod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at pear in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: pear in Suva works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear prefilled pod really costs in Suva
A pear prefilled pod from the compared options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
How long does pear in a prefilled pod last?
In Suva we measured 3 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is pear legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
