Plain 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Suva: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with plain in Fiji
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A plain 30 ml shortfill from the cheapest options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.37 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.37 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plain the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.37 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
