Plain refill pack IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Plain in Suva: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Plain refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A plain refill pack from the budget options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Suva
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
