Plain refill pack IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Plain in Suva: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a refill pack for plain
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Suva
Plain in Suva reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.37 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
