Plain squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Plain in Suva: 16 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Plain squonk mod here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A plain squonk mod from the online options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain squonk mod really costs in Suva
We run plain the same way in Suva: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
