Plain vape pen IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Plain in Suva: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
A plain vape pen from the reviewed options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at plain in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plain in Suva works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain vape pen really costs in Suva
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested plain in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
