Plum 100 ml bottle IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Plum in Suva: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
We run plum the same way in Suva: same 100 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.58 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Suva works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 100 ml bottle really costs in Suva
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.58 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Suva survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.58 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
