Plum cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Suva: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Plum in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Suva
Plum in Suva reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.23 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.23 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.23 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does plum in a cartomizer last?
In Suva we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
