Plum mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Suva: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Plum mesh tank here
Plum mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Suva
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.93 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a mesh tank last?
In Suva we measured 3 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is plum legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
