Plum nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Suva: the price shortlist
Plum in Suva: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.9 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum nicotine salt bottle really costs in Suva
If you are looking at plum in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
