Plum refill pack IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Plum in Suva: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.44 per 10 ml.
A plum refill pack from the flat-rate options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plum in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.44 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
