How we tested raspberry in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every raspberry bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.05 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.05 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does raspberry in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Suva we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
