Salted 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Salted in Suva: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on salted: 18 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.1 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Suva survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for salted in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
