Salted box mod IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Salted in Suva: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Salted box mod here
The honest read on salted: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted in Suva reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted box mod really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested salted in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$1.72 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
