Salted mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Salted in Suva: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a mesh tank for salted
The honest read on salted: 17 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted mesh tank really costs in Suva
We run salted the same way in Suva: same mesh tank, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.47 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Suva survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for salted in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How long does salted in a mesh tank last?
In Suva we measured 7 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is salted legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
