Salted RDA IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Salted in Suva: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
We run salted the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at salted in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted RDA really costs in Suva
A salted RDA from the best options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.3 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
