Salted RDA IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Salted in Suva: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
The honest read on salted: 10 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted RDA really costs in Suva
If you are looking at salted in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is salted legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.95 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
