Sour cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Sour in Suva: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Sour is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Sour cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour cartomizer really costs in Suva
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.

How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.16 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
