Sour pod kit IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Sour in Suva: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.59 per 10 ml.
Sour in Suva reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: sour in Suva works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour pod kit really costs in Suva
Sour pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sour in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised FJ$50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.59 per 10 ml.
