Sour refill pack IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Sour in Suva: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Sour refill pack here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Sour prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.92 per 10 ml.
The short version: sour in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Suva
We run sour the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sour in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
