Sourcherry cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Sourcherry in Suva: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a cartomizer for sourcherry
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.31 per 10 ml.
The honest read on sourcherry: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: sourcherry in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry cartomizer really costs in Suva
Sourcherry sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sourcherry in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does sourcherry in a cartomizer last?
In Suva we measured 7 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
