Spiced mesh tank IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Spiced in Suva: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
We run spiced the same way in Suva: same mesh tank, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at spiced in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: spiced in Suva works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced mesh tank really costs in Suva
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.14 per 10 ml.
How we tested spiced in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
