Spiced pen device IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Spiced in Suva: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in Fiji
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Spiced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Suva
A spiced pen device from the cheapest options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$1.92 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should spiced start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
