Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.78 per 10 ml.
The honest read on sweet: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, nicotine salt bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sweet nicotine salt bottle really costs in Suva
We run sweet the same way in Suva: same nicotine salt bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sweet in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.78 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
