Tobacco 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Tobacco in Suva reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: tobacco in Suva works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.82 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.82 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.82 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
