Tobacco box mod IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A tobacco box mod from the discounted options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tobacco in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Suva works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco box mod really costs in Suva
If you are looking at tobacco in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tobacco in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.05 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
