Tobacco RDA IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Fiji
We run tobacco the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.77 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Suva
Tobacco in Suva reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised FJ$28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.77 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does tobacco in a RDA last?
In Suva we measured 2 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
