Tobacco squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Fiji
Tobacco in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: tobacco in Suva works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco squonk mod really costs in Suva
Tobacco in Suva reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
