Tropical RDA IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
The honest read on tropical: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Tropical RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical RDA really costs in Suva
Tropical in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tropical in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
