Tropical refill pack IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a refill pack for tropical
Tropical refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Suva
We run tropical the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for tropical in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
