Tropical sub-ohm kit IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a sub-ohm kit for tropical
The honest read on tropical: 19 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A tropical sub-ohm kit from the discounted options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical sub-ohm kit really costs in Suva
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.29 per 10 ml.
How we tested tropical in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
