Vanilla in Suva: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with vanilla in Fiji
A vanilla disposable vape from the online options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.33 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested vanilla in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Suva survives.
- Treating the advertised FJ$41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.33 per 10 ml.

Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.33 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
