Blackcurrant prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Blackcurrant in Suva: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a prefilled pod for blackcurrant
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.87 per 10 ml.
Blackcurrant prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Blackcurrant in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested blackcurrant in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Suva survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
