Citrus refill pack IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Citrus in Suva: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.95 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Suva
The honest read on citrus: 6 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.95 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
