Fig vape pen IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Fig in Suva: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Fig vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: fig in Suva works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig vape pen really costs in Suva
Fig vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for fig in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.48 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does fig in a vape pen last?
In Suva we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
