Home / Guava pen device IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist

Coil life, liquid cost and the guava habit

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a guava pen device really costs in Suva

The honest read on guava: 22 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

How we tested guava in a pen device

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
• Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.

Where guava goes wrong

• Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why guava tastes flat after two days.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.

The rules that apply here

Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
