Mango squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Mango in Suva: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run mango the same way in Suva: same squonk mod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long mango tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mango squonk mod really costs in Suva
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.84 per 10 ml.
How we tested mango in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mango goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.84 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
