Plain pod kit IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Plain in Suva: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plain in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on plain: 8 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain pod kit really costs in Suva
A plain pod kit from the pre-order options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.82 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.82 per 10 ml.
