Tropical in Suva: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a mesh tank for tropical
We run tropical the same way in Suva: same mesh tank, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical mesh tank really costs in Suva
Tropical mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tropical in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.0 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Suva survives.
