Blackcurrant vape pen IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Blackcurrant in Suva: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What blackcurrant costs in Suva
Blackcurrant in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: blackcurrant in Suva works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant vape pen really costs in Suva
A blackcurrant vape pen from the online options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested blackcurrant in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
How long does blackcurrant in a vape pen last?
In Suva we measured 4 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is blackcurrant legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
